WANNATE HB 75MX

The solution of 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate based biuretpolyisocyanate is an aliphatic biuret polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and dissolved in 25% of 1-methoxy-2-propyl acetate (MPA) and xylene (1:1), colorless to slightly yellowish clear liquid. The main applications for coatings are automotiverefinishing, transportation, industrial finishing and plastics.

WANNATE HB 75B

WANNATE HB 100

(1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate based biuret polyisocyanate) is an aliphatic biuret polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), colorless to slightly yellowish clear liquid. It can be used as the hardener component for lightfasttwo-component polyurethane coatings with high resistance to chemicals and weathering, very good gloss retention and outstanding mechanical properties. The main applications are automotiverefinishing, transportation, industrial finishing and marine.

WANNATE IPDI

IPDI (Isophorone diisocyanate, 3-isocyanatomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcycloh-exylisocyanate) is a cycloaliphatic diisocyanate. It is a low-viscosity liquid with a week but specific odor. It is especially preferred in polyurethane applications where UV light and water resistance and high yellowing resistance are required. It is compatible with many resins and soluble in ketones, esters and aromatic solvents.

WANNATE HMDI

HMDI (4,4’-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate) is a liquid cycloaliphatic diisocyanate. It is a colorless or pale yellow liquid with low viscosity and characteristic odor. Cyclic aliphatic diisocyanate. They are resistant to abrasion and hydrolysis and maintain gloss and physical properties against harsh climatic conditions. Main application areas are floor and roof coverings, textile applications, optical products, medical products, adhesives and insulation materials.

WANNATE HDI MONOMER

HDI (Hexamethylene Di-Isocyanate) is an aliphatic diisocyanate monomer used as raw material in the synthesis of polyurethane resins (PUR). HDI is mainly used in PU varnish, top-grade coatings, car refinishing paint, plastic coating, top-grade wood-paint, industrial coating, anti-corrosive coating, elastomers, adhesives and textile finishing agent.

WANNATE HT 90BS

Aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) and dissolved in 10% n-butyl acetate and solvent naphtha 100 (1:1), colorless to slightly yellowish clear liquid. The main applications for coatings are automotive OEM, automotive refinishing, transportation, industrial finishing and plastics.

HDI based, solvent free, low viscosity aliphatic polyisocyanate. It is used as a hardener in two component polyurethane applications which are resistant to sunlight, chemicals and harsh climatic conditions. It is used with polyacrylates and polyester polyols. The main application areas are automobile OEM, topcoat, industrial topcoat and plastic coating applications.

WANNATE TL 75E

Toluene is an aromatic polyisocyanate based on diisocyanate. It contains 75% ethyl acetate with a colorless or pale yellow solvent-like odor. It is used in combination with various hydroxyl-containing materials to formulate two-component polyurethane coatings and adhesives.

WANNATE TT 150B

WANNATE® TT 150 B is an aromatic polyisocyawnate based on toluene diisocyanate. It is a colorless or pale yellow liquid with a solvent-likeodor. Approx. 50% in butyl acetate. It has lower viscosity than Wannate TT 350 B.
